These six tools can all do that. Some of them can also generate download links, shared links, provide link management tools, serve up rotating links, and even integrate with Zapier. The prices range from free to $349 or more per month and the big differences between the plans include how many links you can track, how many clicks you're allowed to put through the system, whether or not you can use a custom domain to host your short links and whether or not the shortened URLs can pass URL parameters like UTM data or not. If you're just starting out and only have a handful of links you'd like to shorten each month, you can probably use a free plan. If you have a short domain already and don't really need the link tracking or advertising pixel capabilities, then you can probably do without any link shortener custom or otherwise.
